Chairperson

Stephen is the founder and chairman of MBHU.He holds a degree in biblical studies and a degree in computer science. He is the founder and senior pastor of Kanungu Independent Baptist church.

Orishaba Leah

Vice Chairperson

Leah is a senior Midwife and an Alumni of MBHU.Leah has over 10 years’ experience in health care. She also provides back up support to health and hygiene projects like Afri-pads.

Namanya Benjamin

Secretary

Benjamin is a senior Artisan. He also teaches Art in secondary schools. He is also the managing Director of tuff Gang Artists Kabale.

Ninsima Babra

Board Treasurer

Babra is one of the MBHU Alumni.Babra holds a degree in procurement and Logistics and management from Kyambogo University. She is also the chairperson procurement committee of MBHU.

Kamusime Nelson

Board Member

Nelson holds a degree in biblical studies from land mark theological seminary -USA. Nelson studied Greek language and has helped in translating bibles from the original languages to Runyankole Rukiga verson.

Nkwasibwe Moses

Board Member

Moses holds a diploma in Civil Engineering. Moses works with private companies in advancing civil works in the region.

Mutabaruka Emmy

Board Member

Emmy is a retired Civil servant. He holds a diploma in accountancy, a degree in social work and social administration and post graduate cert in Administrative law from LDC.He worked with KCCA for over 10 years and daily monitor for over 5 years.

Rogers is one of the founders and director of MBHU. He’s an accomplished development practitioner who holds a Masters in Management Sciences. He has experience of over 15 years in leading, designing, implementating and evaluating socio-economic development projects.

A Prominent Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Research and Learning (MEARL) professional with over seven years of experience in humanitarian and development programs, Johnson specializes in data-driven decision-making, impact measurement, and adaptive program management.
Key Expertise:
Data Management & Analysis: Proficient in digital data tools (Kobo, Power BI, Excel) for real-time monitoring, visualization, and reporting.
Research & Evaluations: Leads baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and endline evaluations using mixed-method approaches to assess program effectiveness.
Impact & Project Monitoring: Designs KPIs, logframes, and IPTTs to track progress, measure outcomes, and ensure alignment with donor and organizational goals.
Learning & Knowledge Management: Documents best practices, lessons learned, and success stories to improve program quality and scalability.
Accountability Mechanisms: Establishes feedback systems (CFM), community engagement tools, and transparency protocols to enhance stakeholder trust.
Education:
